Versalt Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices for customers who rely on us to setup, maintain and support their Computer and/or Network Systems. For that reason we have taken, and will continue to take, measures that protect the privacy of all information held by us.

This Privacy Policy provides you with the details regarding; What information we collect, how we use your information; The steps we take to ensure that access to that information is secure; How long we hold information; and who you should contact if you have any complaints, questions or concerns about our Privacy Policies or Practices.

  1. What Information we collect.
    Information means information that would allow a specific Business or Individual to be identified or information that can be directly associated with any certain Business or Individual.

    Such information includes:

    • Businesses Name
    • Postal and Email Address(es)
    • Telephone Number
    • Contact Names
    • Network/Computer Users Account ID’s
    • Passwords
    • Internet IP Addresses
    • Domain Information
    • Network/Computer Configurations and
    • Notes
    • Invoice and Payment Information
    • Individual Name
    • Home Address
    • Telephone Number
    • Email Address
    • User Account ID’s
    • Passwords
    • Internet IP Addresses
    • Computer Configurations and Notes
    • Invoice and Payment Information and any other information that we require to setup, service and maintain your Computer and/or Network Systems.
  2. How we use your Information.
    We only use the above information for the following purposes:

    • Managing detailed invoicing, accounting and information related to our transactions with you.
    • Information collected regarding account passwords, user ID’s, network ID’s, IP addresses and all other computer related information as necessary to setup, service and maintain your Computer and/or Network Systems.
  3. Security Measures

    • We continue to keep in place security measures in an effort to protect information held by us from unauthorized use, access, disclosure, distribution, loss or alteration.
    • We employ physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to appropriately protect business information. Firewalls, Virus protection, and Encryption are used to prevent unauthorized access to corporate and personal information received, sent, and stored on our computer systems. A limited amount of working paper information is stored in locked filing cabinets and is destroyed if no longer required to fulfill our duties.
    • All Versalt Inc. employees, and/or any sub-contractors hired by Versalt Inc., must sign a Confidentiality Agreement that requires them to maintain as confidential all information that comes to their knowledge, either from Versalt and/or its Clients (either Individuals or Businesses) as part of their employment and/or contract.
    • Access to information is restricted to only authorized personnel who require the information in order to perform their duties properly. In addition, access will be limited to only that information that is strictly necessary for the performance of those duties.
    • For information entrusted to a third party service provider (i.e. a provider we give information to in either paper or electronic form on your behalf and as consented to by you) Versalt Inc. obtains appropriate assurance to affirm that the level of protection of information by the third party is equivalent to that of Versalt Inc.
    • We do not sell, rent, share or disclose any information we hold to third parties without your prior consent.
    • We will disclose business information if a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order legally authorizes us or requires us to do so or to protect the rights of Versalt Inc., its customers and its employees.
  4. How long do we hold information?
    Information is retained only for so long as it is necessary for the purposes set out above. When no longer required, we will destroy or erase all information. Legal requirements may necessitate our retaining some or all of the information we hold for a period of time that is longer than we might otherwise hold it. (i.e.: Revenue Canada policies)

  5. Complaint Process
    If you are not completely satisfied with or wish to submit comments concerning this Privacy Statement we invite you to convey your concerns or suggestion to Versalt Inc., Attention: President, 165 Royal Abbey Court NW, Calgary, Alberta, T3G 4Y3. We will reply as quickly as possible and inform you of the steps, if any, that have been or will be taken in order to address the concern or implement the suggestion, in most cases, within 30 days.
